Science Spectrum : A Legacy in Print: Two Decades of Stories That Mattered
For over 20 years with the Press Trust of India (PTI), I had the privilege of reporting from the frontlines of India’s evolving narrative — covering everything from scientific breakthroughs and public health challenges to political shifts, cultural milestones, and deeply human stories. Journalism, to me, has never been just a profession. It has been a mission: to inform, engage, and prompt reflection. Over the years, many of my reports were published in leading national newspapers. These clippings — now carefully preserved — are more than just bylines. They are snapshots of history, captured with context, care, and clarity. For several years, I also wrote a weekly column titled Science Spectrum under the pen name Researcher for The Times of India (Lucknow edition), sharing insights on developments in science and technology. This section of reportersmind.com is a personal archive — a window into the scope of my work and the countless voices and events I’ve had the honor to chronicle. Each clipping is a testament to the power of honest journalism and the lasting impact of a story well told.
